Description
To construct a new 13,676 sq. ft., two story, ten unit, apartment building. An NFPA 13R fire sprinkler system is required in each unit. NOTE: Each unit is over 800 sq. ft. Each unit is separated from adjoining unit by a 1-hour fire partition extending from top of foundation to tight against the bottom of the roof deck. This structure will be fire sprinklered through out the living space. System shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device connected to an alarm system and an outside annunciating devise. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual service underground water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13R, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief.
