This permit is to provide a fire sprinkler monitoring panel for a three level R2 occupancy apartment complex. Building permit # BLD05-00805 is to construct a new 3,375 sq.ft. three story, triplex. The first floor is a two bedroom and two bath, at 1,186 sq.ft. the second floor is two bedroom and two bath with a 92 sq.ft. covered deck and is 1,186 sq.ft. the third floor is one bedroom and one bath with a 92 sq.ft covered deck and is 816 sq.ft. NOTE: This building is fire sprinklered per NFPA 13-R for story increase per the 2000 IBC. This permit does not cover the construction of the carports. Separate permits, plans and calculations will be required to be submitted for review and construction of the carports on this project.
