To remodel an existing tenant space for a new restaurant tenant. This tenant space will have a total floor area of about 1,653 square feet (516 square feet for dining, 801 square feet for the kitchen, 199 square feet for the restrooms and janitor's closet, 57 square feet for the office, and 79 square feet for the entrances). This space is located on the 1st story of an existing 2 story with basement historic building (11,400 square foot basement, 11,400 square foot 1st story, 11,500 square foot 2nd story). A permit to renovate the entire building (BLD04-01154) was issued on August 18, 2004. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, a grease hood, and interior finishes. The work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes.
