This space is located on the 1st story (Northeast corner) of an existing 2 story with basement historic building (11,400 square foot basement, 11,400 square foot 1st story, 11,500 square foot 2nd story). This tenant is moving from another location in this building. A permit to renovate the entire building (BLD04-01154) was issued on August 18, 2004. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a restroom accessible to the disabled, a service counter accessible to the disabled, and a shoe shine stand. The work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes.
