This permit is attached to BLD06-00708, FIR06—00351 / Shell & Core, UG permit FIR06-00226. . The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. Occupancy is not permitted until the Fire Department has certified by signature on the issued Permit by the Boise City Building Department, that the Shell & Core FIR06-00351) fire sprinkler system installation has been inspected and installed in compliance with an approved Fire Department inspection review.
