This permit is to add 13 new smoke detectors and one new heat detector to an existing Honeywell FS-90 fire alarm control panel and 13 new notification appliances to an existing NAC power booster panel. This permit includes fan shut down of air handling units HVAC-7C and HVAC- 8C. Building Permit BLD06-03086 is to remodel an existing medical support office are of 2,070 sq. ft. Work includes selective interior demolition of non-bearing walls, finishes, cabinetry and finishes within existing 1hr. (east side) & 2 hr. (west side) fire rated perimeter walls and smoke partition wall on the south, that surround suite. To construct interior non-combustible, fire-resistive finish walls to create 6 private offices, reception area, conference room, file room and support areas with access / egress path throughout area remodeled. An accessible route to the raised area is not part of this permit due to structural conditions but may be a part of future remodels within this portion of the hospital. To install new suspended ceiling grid system and tile; new stair system over existing, W/ handrails, to serve this area; upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler & alarm systems with all changes being in compliance with per current adopted codes and ordinances. drs
