This permit is to provide a fire alarm sprinkler monitoring system for a new multi family dwelling condominium complex building #2. Building Permit BLD06-01994 is to construct a new 13,676 sq. ft. two story ten unit apartment building. Each unit is two storys with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms and a 48 sq. ft. covered front porch. UNITS 2 - 10 have 1362 sq. ft. (565 sq. ft. first floor / 797 sq. ft. second floor) with a 250 sq. ft. single car garage and a 48 sq. ft. covered deck off the master bedroom. UNIT 1 is 1390 sq. ft. (565 sq. ft. first floor / 825 sq. ft. second floor) with a 413 sq. ft. two car garage. An NFPA 13R fire sprinkler system is required in each unit. NOTE: Each unit is over 800 sq. ft. Each unit is separated from adjacent unit by a 1-hour fire partition extending from top of foundation to tight against the bottom of the roof deck.
