This permit is to install a new fire sprinkler monitoring panel in a new building. Devices include a single manual pull station, smoke detector, flow switch and associated tamper switches. Building permit BLD05-03359 is to construct a new 9,280 square foot, one story pre-engineered metal building and related site improvements. This building will be used as a full service auto body repair and paint facility. This building contains a 1,680 square foot office with restrooms, break room, locker room and parts storage room. The remainder of the building consists of repair bays, paint preparation areas, detailing area and pre-manufactured paint booth, paint mixing room and preparation deck area.
