To remodel portitions of an existing 151,365 sq ft two story office building per approved plans. Work to include, construction of interior noncombustible partitions to create hallway and office space, installation of new computer counter in cafateria area and miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered for unlimted area building provisions, any alterations to the sprinklers WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed and maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. *RMH* Treasure Valley Fire Protection to relocate and add 6 SSP's to the training room to accomodate the new wall and ceiling layout.
