This permit is to install a new fire alarm sprinkler monitoring system in a new building. The fire alarm system includes a main FACP, flow switch, manual pull station, smoke detector and supervisory switches and HVAC duct smoke detector monitoring Building Permit BLD05-02651 is to construct a new, 7,348 sq. ft. two story, CMU exterior wall, office and storage building. The first floor is 4,500 sq.ft. the second floor is 2,854 sq. ft. and is divided in to two separate areas, 1,858 sq. ft. is for the office area and there is 996 sq. ft. for storage.
