This fire alarm permit is to install a new fire sprinkler monitoring panel in a new building. To include a flow switch several tamper switches, remote annunciator, smoke detector and manual pull station. Building Permit BLD06-02011 is to build a new 14,100 square foot, one story with mezzanine office and warehouse building and related site improvements. The total mezzanine area is 1560 square feet. This building is constructed of masonry exterior walls and wood framed interior and roof system. This building is divided down the middle with an 8 inch masonry wall create two identical tenant spaces that mirror each other. If there are no tenants at this time a separate MIS permit will be required for each tenant space to obtain occupancy. All construction shall be per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
