This permit is to install required audible visual notification appliances in a new tenant space (Office Max) located on the building 5th floor. Building Permit # BLD06-003060 is to include interior remodel for a new 6,782 sq. ft. office tenant on the 5th floor per approved plans. Work to include some interior demolition work, new interior walls, new interior doors and windows, interior finish, new suspended ceiling, fire sprinkler and alarm work, mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work.
