This fire alarm permit is to replace two heat detectors with smoke detectors. Replace one smoke detector with a heat detector (use change) eliminate a smoke detector that was used for door release. This detector will be replaced with a 120V Single Station Smoke Detector. Program changes will be made to the fire alarm system as required to accommodate the above changes. Building permit, BLD06-03544 is to remodel within an existing 1,038 sq. ft. room to create new Laundry Cart storage area. Work includes selective demolition per plan; installation of new 3' x 6'-8" door and accessible hardware between existing offices; and repair of existing walls and finishes.
