This fire alarm quick permit is to add 2 chime strobes in the simulator area as outlined on plans and connecting them to an existing chime strobe circuit. Building Permit # BLD06-03475 is to remodel within existing simulator room in preparation for installation of new simulator equipment & controls; to repair opening in existing 2-hour rated concrete floor on steel deck to match existing floor assembly with new floor infill doweled to existing floor and adhesively secured to original; install new structural support steel angle; to install a new floor sink; to install new chiller unit in basement to serve new simulator; upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing & sprinkler systems to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes and ordinances.
