Fire Alarm System: The installation of a shelving unit to Bldg 16 will require modification of the existing fire alarm system. Horn/Strobe coverage will be adjusted. A non-required aspirating smoke detection system with relay control of a shunt trip unit will be provided for shutdown of the unit in the event of smoke detection. A tamper switch will be provided for the unit fire suppression system.
