Building permit BLD06-01663 is to construct a new 12,745 square foot, one story addition to the east side of existing 33,000 square foot, two story storage and office building A/B. The new addition is identified as Building D. The required accessible restrooms are in building A/B. The new building addition is constructed of a pre-engineered metal building on a concrete slab floors and foundation. The office space and restrooms shown on the floor plan are future and are not approved as part of this permit. A separate permit will be required to finish those spaces.
