This fire alarm permit is to add additional notification appliances to a fire alarm system. The notification appliances will be located a tenant improvement area within an existing building. Building permit, BLD06-03513 is to remodel portions of an existing 151,365 sq ft two story office building per approved plans. Work to include, construction of interior noncombustible partitions to create hallway and office space, installation of new computer counter in cafeteria area and miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered for unlimited area building provisions, any alterations to the sprinklers WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed and maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
