Firenstall two levels of In-Rack sprinklers with in new approved 3’-6” deep by 15’-2” high Single and Double row rack system. The rack sprinkler design is to protect Class IV Encapsulated Commodity stored on wood pallets. A 1.5” hose valve system will be extended into the storage area from the existing wet system.
This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. The underground supply was permitted separately under FIR05-00731. Both this and the underground permits are attached to building permit: BLD07-00647.
