This permit is to modify the original audible visual notification appliances and add notification in several areas that are in addition to the original building plan. Building permit BLD07-00352 is to construct additional offices, small conference rooms, and one large assembly AV/Conference room on the first floor of an existing high-rise building per approved plans. The first floor is actually above the plaza/ground floor. Work to include new interior walls, interior doors and windows, interior finish, mechanical work, and electrical work. The existing ceiling will remain. New ceiling, lighting, fireproofing, sprinklers, etc..., will be upgraded at a later date per the Upgrade Agreement on file. A Certificate of Occupancy for the floor is to be issued when completed and approved. NOTE: This building will be fully fire sprinklered by March of 2011 per an Upgrade Agreement on file. JCB
