This permit is to install new audible visual notification appliances, provide monitoring of a new clean agent releasing panel and perform preaction sprinkler release for a selected section of the new tenant space on the fourth floor of the Banner Bank Building (Idaho Power is the Tenant). Building permit Bld07-00047 is to construct a 13,884 square foot whole floor office tenant space on the 4th story of a high-rise building. Five area were considered separately for the application of egress requirements. Work is to include interior Nordwall demountable nonbearing partitions, doors, sidelights, millwork, finishes, 1-hr corridor walls, and smoke- and draft-control doors in 1-hr corridor walls. Additional work, including the installation and structural support of heavy equipment, will be done under a future permit. The access floor system, the suspended ceilings, and most of the 1-hr fire-resistance-rated corridors were installed under permit BLD05-02939. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
