Fire Alarm System: The conversion of the B24D south hall to a clean link will require modification of the existing fire alarm system in Building 24D. The cleanroom air handling will be supplemented by the addition of a fan powered hepa grid, and a Vesda Laser Scanner will be added to the system for fire alarm initiation. A shunt trip activated by the fire alarm system will shutdown the fan powered hepas in the event of smoke detection. Horn / Strobe coverage will be adjusted per the remodel
