This fire alarm permit is to install smoke alarms and fire alarm system notification appliances in new condominiums on the 3rd and 4th floor at the Royal Plaza Building. Also complete the fire alarm system requirements in the common corridors of the associated 3rd and 4th floors. Building Permits BLD06-03304, 03305, 03306, 03307, 03309, 03310, 03311, 03312, 03313, 03314, 03315, 03316, 03318, 03322, 03323 and 03291 are to create residential condominium units on the 3rd and 4th story of a high-rise building and complete the corridor. The tenant space is required to be accessible to the disabled as a Type A dwelling unit. Work is to include 1-hr fire-resistance-rated dwelling unit separation walls, interior nonbearing walls, suspended gypsum board ceilings, millwork, and finishes. The 1-hr fire-resistance-rated corridor was constructed under permit BLD06-03304. Work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
