Scope of Work
Beginning from the supply side of the Back Flow Device, (Supplied By Others). Install a life safety NFPA 13D system in an existing one story duplex. 1,872-ft/2. (Units 4309 & 4311 Combined). System shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device and an outside alarm. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual use, single service water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief. This permit is not attached to any: BLD#.
