This fire alarm permit has been modified from the original submittal, to be the installation of a fire sprinkler monitoring panel in a newly converted and occupancy changed tenant improvement. Building permit BLD06-00470 requires this building is to be fully fire sprinklered as part of this permit due to inability to provide fire department access compliance. This is an occupancy use change and will convert a 1,360 sq.ft. two story structure by changing the lower level garage (1,000 sq. ft.) to office and upper level storage (360 sq. ft.) to a reading library / break area per approved plans and DRH05-00184. Work includes selective demolition; construction of interior walls to create private offices, unisex accessible restroom, reception, common, break & library areas; to add new structural headers in the south, west & north walls for new windows; and to upgrade electrical, mechanical & plumbing to meet tenant needs and comply with minimum adopted codes and ordinances. drs
