Scope of Work: Overhead & Underground
The underground scope of work consists of running 105 LF of 8” C900 to provide a new dedicated service. A 95 LF run of 6” C900 will be run from the Bldg. out to a remote FDC location.
The overhead fire sprinkler scope of work includes installing an electric fire pump sled package rated 1250 gpm @ 60 psi. The warehouse will be protected by a Dry Pipe system through-out the roof and rack system. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to any BLD permit.
When tenant work affects fire sprinkler protection outside the permitted work area due to the installation of tenant-demising or new partition walls, the affected area sprinkler coverage outside the BLD permit will fall under the Fire Permit scope of work, to maintain the required fire protection within the fire sprinklered facility. The “Riser” and its supplies which include all appurtenances (including tamper, alarm and alarm monitoring) relating to the normal and correct function and integrity of this system will fall under the jurisdiction for code compliant verification.
