Building Permit BLD06-03573 is to construct interior tenant improvements within a new 1,814 square foot dwelling unit (1,236 square feet inside and a 578 square foot patio) located on the 3rd story of a new 3 story with basement building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, ceilings, millwork, and finishes. The 1-hr fire-resistance-rated corridor system and the 1-hr fire-resistance-rated dwelling unit separation walls were constructed under the shell permit (BLD06-00845). The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
