Scope of Work:
Add piping and 16 new heads In-Rack to protect Class IV stored on Hand Pick Racks in the mezzanine area. The system will be supplied from an existing System #1 feed main located beneath the Mezz.
The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. The underground supply was permitted separately under FIR05-00731. Both this and the underground permits are attached to building permit: BLD05-02319.Original Scope of Work:

Upright heads are blocked by structural members, wrog heads have been installed and with the additional 90s added to the brachlines the minumum 5% cushion is not achieved. Larger piping is going to have to be installed.
