This permit is to install new audible visual notification appliances, manual pull station, monitoring of a new clean agent releasing panel and preaction sprinkler release for the entire floor in the new seventh floor tenant space in the High Rise Banner Bank Building (NYK Line). Building permit Bld07-01043 is to construct a whole floor (15,826 square feet) office tenant space on the 7th story of a high-rise building. Work is to include interior Nordwall demountable nonbearing partitions, an enlarged 2-hr stairway enclosure, 90 minute fire doors in stairway enclosure walls, interior doors, sidelights, millwork, and finishes. The access floor system and the suspended ceilings were installed under permit BLD05-02939. The shell and core, including the core restrooms, were constructed under permit BLD04-02348. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
