This fire alarm permit is to upgrade and install notification appliances in a tenant improvement area. A voluntary upgrade of the exit path and notification in view of the tenant improvement area will also be done as part of this project. Building permit BLD07-01451 is to remodel a 1833 sq ft space located on the second floor for a new office tenant space per approved plans. Work to include, construction of 32 lf of nonbearing partition to create new tenant space, relocate lighting and diffusers, repair ceiling, miscellaneous related finishes. This building is fully fire sprinkled any alterations to the sprinkler system or alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
