1-14-10 PLAN MODIFICATION: This plan modification is to change candela settings on three strobes, add a relay to release door magnets on alarm, and re-land a horn/strobe circuit on the basement NAC panel to meet voltage drop requirements.


This fire alarm permit is to replace an existing simplex fire alarm control panel with a new Siemens fire alarm control panel. Work includes replacing the existing alarm devices with Siemens alarm devices for compatibility. Building requires a manual fire alarm system with full notification, HVAC and fire suppression monitoring, elevator recall and shutdown. Partial non required area detection and corridor smoke detection for fire smoke damper shutdown is shown on the 1st floor. Beam construction, partial non required area detection is also shown on the lower level. No building permit is associated with this work.
