This fire alarm permit is to install a fire sprinkler monitoring system in a new building. The fire alarm system includes waterflow switches, tamper switches, smoke detector, remote annunciator and manual pull station. Building permit BLD06-02012 is to build a new 17,925 square foot, one story with mezzanine office and warehouse building and related site improvements. The total mezzanine area is 1480 square feet. This building is constructed of masonry exterior walls and wood framed interior and roof system. This building is divided down the middle with an 8 inch masonry wall create two identical tenant spaces that mirror each other. If there are no tenants at this time a separate MIS permit will be required for each tenant space to obtain occupancy. All construction shall be per the approved plans and attached comment list.
