This permit is to install a new fire alarm sprinkler monitoring system in a new office/warehouse building. The fire alarm system includes waterflow switches, tamper switches, smoke detector and manual pull station. Building Permit BLD07-00655 is to construct a 20,268 sq.ft. one story Type V-B fully fire sprinklered office/warehouse shell building. Other work includes site finish work and landscaping per approved plans, CUP06-00039, DRH06-00277. Fire sprinklers used for area. No Occupancy is authorized by this permit. Separate plans and permits for each tenant space are required. Fire sprinklers are regulated by Boise Fire. A verification of adequacy letter and new engineering detail for the rock retaining walls are to be provided by the structural design engineer to the Building Inspector.
