Modify the existing shell protection by adding down heads on the first and second floors to accommodate a new wall and ceiling layout. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. As-built plans provided indicated that the original scope of work was modified to complete coverage by adding down heads accommodate a new wall and ceiling layout. A total of 21 heads were affected.
