This fire alarm permit is to install a fire sprinkler monitoring panel. The fire alarm panel installation includes waterflow switch, tamper switches, smoke detector and manual pull station. Building permit BLD07-00808 is to remodel an existing 15,000 square feet, fully fire sprinklered retail/warehouse building. Additional work included in this permit is to install two new accessible restrooms, install one accessible entrances into this building and to completely re-roof this building with new metal roofing materials. NOTE: This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. Any storage racks exceeding 8 feet in height will require a separate racking permit.
