This fire alarm permit is to install a new fire sprinkler monitoring system in a new building to include flow switch, tamper switches, smoke detector above the FACP manual pull station and HVAC monitoring. This new FACP will be monitored for alarm, supervisory and trouble at the Boise Town Square Mall. This building has its own address and will report offsite through its own DACT dialer. The connection to the BTSM fire alarm panel will not be used to notify the fire department. Building permit BLD07-01053 is to construct a 3,862 square foot clothing retail sales tenant space within an exiting new shell building. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, a fitting room accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, exterior windows, suspended gypsum board ceilings, gypsum board soffits, suspended acoustical ceilings, raised floors at show windows, floors above the restrooms and an office for storage, and finishes. The main entrance will be recessed from what was shown on the approved shell drawings. Structural work includes new concrete footings and tube steel columns at the new door recess. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
