This fire alarm quick permit is to add 3 addressable fire alarm input modules 1 Flow and two tampers to an existing fire sprinkler monitoring for required floor control assembly for 2 or more story buildings as required per Boise City Ordinance 7-01-55. An existing flow, tamper, manual pull station and smoke detector are shown on the riser for this building. Building Permit BLD07-00353 is to construct a 2,768 square foot office tenant space (1,384 square foot 1st story and 1,384 square foot 2nd story) within an existing 5,463 square foot building (1st story floor area). This permit replaces BLD06-02173 and BLD06-3450. Work is to include a concrete slab on grade, wood stud bearing walls, wood structural panel shear walls, TJL floor joists, wood structural panel floor sheathing, an interior wood stairway, and an exterior steel stairway. Other work includes an exterior masonry wall infill, 3 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
