This fire alarm permit is to install a new expansion board for notification appliances to be installed in a new tenant space 300 (CAPROCK) on the third floor of the Mode Building. Building permit BLD07-01314 is to remodel an existing 3,562 sq ft office tenant space located on the third floor per approved plans. Work to include, removal of interior nonbearing partitions, construction of new interior partitions to create new reception room, office space and server room, miscellaneous related interior finishes. This floor is currently being remodeled under BLD07-00898, were the escalator is being removed is were the new reception area is being constructed, see that permit for building history. This building is fully fire sprinkled ANY ALTERATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT, and shall be installed and maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
