This fire alarm quick permit is to relocate a fire alarm speaker from the parking area deck to the new dry wall ceiling covering the parking deck. Building permit BLD07-00642 is to upgrade the interior finish of the south approximate 5,000 square feet of the first floor existing parking garage. This work includes removing and reconfiguring the concrete curb and island at the north side of the southwest vehicle door, which includes relocating the bollards and parking arm. This finish upgrade includes finishing the south and east interior garage walls with gypsum board, tile and stone, to wrap the interior columns with gypsum board, tile and stone and installing gypsum board and suspended ceiling systems.
