This fire alarm permit is to install several fire alarm notification appliances and detectors to separate fire alarm panels in several areas within the ground floor of the building. FACP 12 includes installation of a new strobe and to re-label the circuit. A new NAC booster panel #4 will be added to FACP 18 and five strobes on circuit #4 and five new area smoke detectors. A new NAC booster panel #5 will be added to FACP #2 three new strobes on new NAC circuit #14 and three area smoke detectors are to be added. Building Permit BLD07-01692 is to remodel approximately 12,750 sq. ft. of existing hospital area to update and improve patient care services & for operating room prep and recovery and support services. Work includes select interior demolition; construction of non-combustible, non-rated & fire-rated, fire-resistive walls; upgrade of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, med gas, sprinkler and alarm systems; suspended ceiling grid, interior finishes and millwork, all per reviewed plans. drs
