This fire alarm quick permit is to install two new monitor modules to monitor two low air switches on an existing fire alarm sprinkler monitoring panel. Fire sprinkler permit FIR07-00344 is to Bring a new 55'-0", 6" UG service into the bldg. from an existing tapping tee. The Existing Dry pipe risers will be modified to include two new dry pipe risers (Systems 3 & 4 ) to serve the new conveyor system through out the facility. This building is fully sprinklered and shall remain so. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to any BLD #.
