Building Permit BLD07-00671 is to construct a new 4,410 square foot, two story, wood framed restaurant building with an approximate 880 square foot, wood trellis at patio seating and related site improvements. This building will be fully fire sprinkled. All construction shall be per the approved plans and attached comment list. First Floor: 3,045 sq. ft. Second Floor: 1,365 square feet.
