A manual fire alarm system is required in this building including audible visual notification. The building is fully sprinklered and shall be monitored accordingly. Building permit BLD05-02539 is to construct a 9,155 sq. ft. one story Type IIB, fully fire sprinkled exhibit hall with offices. This building is designed for un-separated uses and the building is to be fully fire sprinklered. Occupant load signage shall be posted in Theater (118 persons); in the Interp/Lobby (193 persons); and in Gallery (42 persons).
