The Permitted Work Scope:
This modification of an existing system includes relocating an anti-freeze system to the loading dock and adding an additional wet riser to server through out the heated space. New piping and heads will be adding in the storage area to serve as protection to store Class I & II commodities (metal stoves / heating appliances on wooden pallets) to 20’-0” in a solid pile configuration or stored in a single or double row racking system. Any required rack system submittal shall be submitted separate from this permit. No racking is approved as part of this permit application. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to any other permit.
