This fire alarm permit is to repair fire damage to an existing apartment complex and replace the fire sprinkler monitoring panel with a new fire sprinkler monitoring system. The fire sprinkler monitoring panel includes a smoke detector located above the fire alarm panel, manual pull station, sprinkler waterflow and valve tamper switches. Building Permit BLD06-03598 is to rebuild a 16 unit 15,540 square feet, two story, apartment building destroyed by fire. The first floor is 8,000 square feet and the second floor is 7,540 square feet. Each unit is 860 square feet and is two bedroom one bath. NOTE: The installation of a NFPA 13-R fire sprinkler system is required in this building. All construction shall be per the approved plans and attached comment list.
