This fire alarm permit is to install audible visual notification and monitor a two duct smoke detectors in a tenant space (Kayako TI Suite 101). Building Permit BLD07-01981 is to occupy a 2360 sq.ft. on the east side of the first floor. Previous shell permit is BLD07-02409. Scope of work is to include the following: frame out 3 new offices, one new break room, and one new conference room within existing space. All framing to be 25 ga. steel studs at 16 inch on center with five/eighths gyp. brd. on each side. A combined occupant load of 46 was determined by using 15 nett on conference room and 100 gross for the remainder of space. A certificate of occupancy is to be issued after completion. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for story increase and area increase.
