Phase 6 Scope of Work:
Modify the existing dry system by capping off the existing Garden Center dry pipe feed from the existing dry pipe riser. Extend 435’ of 4” wet main out into the Garden are to supply a new auxiliary dry pipe system to serve only the Garden Center (FP-4 Dated 08/07 Noted as Revision 1, 2 & 3) This permit is attached to building permit: BLD07-00948. This permit is also attached to FIR07-00642 & FIR07-00735.
Original Scope of Work:
Modify the existing dry system by extending a 4” main out into the Garden are to supply 30 new up-right heads. (FP-4 Dated 08/07) Additional work will be done in the Meat/Seafood area where heads will be relocated and added to accommodate a new wall and ceiling layout. (FP-3 Dated 08/2007) In the produce area, 4 pendant heads will be removed as the ceiling will be permanently removed. (FP-3 Dated 08/2007) The existing air compressor will be replaced with a new 12.8 cfm compressor. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
