This fire alarm permit is to relocate several existing smoke detectors, notification appliances, and provide several new notification appliances and a new NAC booster panel on the 1st floor of the St Lukes JMOP building. BLD07-01230s to remodel an existing 980 sq. ft. medical office suite to create (5) new exam rooms, a Nurse Station, access hall and Check/In - Check/Out reception counter. Work includes selective interior demolition; new accessible reception counter/new opening though existing wall into existing shared waiting area; new cabinetry, accessible doors and hardware; modify electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire sprinkler and alarm systems to meet tenant needs and provide compliance with current adopted codes and ordinances.
