This fire alarm permit is to install a fire sprinkler monitoring system in a new 4-PLEX multiple family dwelling unit. The fire alarm system includes waterflow switches, tamper switches, smoke detector, and manual pull station. This fire sprinkler system is required per Mike Phillips Building Review Building permit BLD06-02528 is to construct a new, 5,566 square feet, two story with a basement, four unit apartment building, with attached garages. The basement floor area is 2,374 square feet with 1,144 square feet of this area for the garages, the first floor area is 2,170 square feet and the second floor area is square feet. Each unit is over 800 square feet, is two stories in height, and is two bedroom and one and one/half bath. NOTE: This building is fire sprinklered per NFPA 13-R.
