This fire alarm permit is to add audible visual notification to a new tenant space in an existing building on the 7th floor of the US Bank Building (suite 701). Building permit BLD07-02529 is to remodel and existing 1922 sq ft office space located on the 7th floor to reduce the size to 1875 sq ft per approved plans. Work to include, construction of interior noncombustible partitions, installation of suspended ceiling system and related lighting, installation of new counter and sink, miscellaneous related interior finishes and mill work. This building is fully fire sprinkled ANY ALTERATION or modification to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed and maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire departement.
