Discovered a new room added per building plan modification that is missing sprinkler coverage. Remainder of tenant area is acceptable, agreed to allow NFPA 13 2007 edition exception for the small room rule for openings to adjacent spaces less than 3' without a lintel per discussion with S. Rogers. Final pending the addition of one required sprinkler at the new "ETO Room".

Permit cannot be finaled at this time due to missing ceiling tiles at several locations including the relocated head spaces. Noted work is underway and ceilings will be completed by the end of day per general contractor. Can verify completion and final permit in conjunction with the building life safety inspection as discussed.
